1. Free trial
WitAsk offers a fourteen (14) day free trial without requiring a payment method. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
After the trial, the Customer must expressly purchase a subscription and provide a valid payment method to continue using WitAsk.
2. Monthly card subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions paid by card renew automatically until canceled. The Customer may cancel at any time.
Uninstalling WitAsk from the Customer’s Zendesk account is sufficient to cancel future renewals of this type of subscription.
3. Local or multi-period billing
If the Customer purchases WitAsk through local billing or for quarterly, semiannual, or annual periods, cancellation must be expressly requested by email before the next renewal unless the applicable commercial order states otherwise.
4. Refunds
Amounts for periods already started or paid are nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or Witbor expressly agrees to an exception in writing.
Cancellation prevents future charges or renewals but does not create a prorated refund for the remaining time in a paid period.
5. Price changes
Price changes apply to future periods and will be communicated with reasonable notice. They will not change the price of a period already paid for.
